Our Three-fold Strategy
Our Three-fold Strategy for Ministry Development is designed to equip students with a solid foundation in theology and practical ministry skills. This comprehensive approach includes:
• A sound theological basis with real-life application, conveyed through personal contact
• A personal discipleship programme for spiritual and ministry development under the guidance of a minister
• A practical congregation-based training programme with hands-on participation in ministry
With the support of a ministry mentor, students will be gradually introduced to various aspects of ministry, including leading Bible studies, evangelistic programmes, missions outreaches, and more. Our goal is to empower students to become effective and confident ministers, ready to serve and make an impact in their communities.
